As part of the Mindset Transformation Coaching I do a lot of reading and learning, as do all of you in your respective fields. As I learn and grow I keep coming across this often repeated principle of the magnet
We all are familiar with magnets right?
A piece of steel can become an electromagnet when supplied with the right kind of set up and some current. Now once this works it starts attracting other steel particles to it. The more powerful the magnet the further is its reach.
Now this principle applies to our minds as well. When we have the right set up and tap into the life force then we can start attracting. The force field and depth of our attraction depends on the strength of our connection to the infinite power house.
We all have the ability to access the infinite source, the power house called the inverse, God, Life, Lord so on and so forth . The question that arises is- How to be access the power?
Here are the quick steps to do it
- Know this – *Mind creates your reality- use it wisely
- A well chosen thought will come back to you magnified 12 times and beyond.-
You have to start noticing that you have the inborn, innate ability to choose how to respond to situations and people by choosing thought responses. Once you learn to exercise this simple yet powerful mind transformation action, you are well on a way to write a new chapter of your life
- Be still– Being still does not mean the stillness of the body alone. It also means the stillness of the mind. Funnily when you can keep your body Still (no, no no cheating- I know you are still when asleep) Be still and observe the body then your mind will start to quieten down.
- Observe your present moment thought –
Hmmm…. You now be still and observe your thoughts at this moment in time and then its all easy …
- Modify, alter, add, subtract the thoughts… Be a seer, a master, a creator… because you are
- Visualise your thought(s):- Mind stores and makes things happen as pictures and movies. The Mystics say that all we see are still photographs which are passing at great speed to create an optical illusion as though life is moving into time and space. The movies are big hits because the resemble life.
That being the case its important for you to have clear images, movie clips of the thoughts that run in your mind. The thoughts that you have consciously chosen
- Feel it
Once you have a clear, vivid visualization feeling the reality of those images is not that difficult. Is it?
- Take action – Action Aligned towards what you visualized
- Repeat – Now pick another reality you want to attract and continue …
Go …go …go ….
